Mr. Emigh was more than helpful. I got in an accident on my way to school, not familiar with the area at all, hours aways from my hometown. He was very kind and was willing to work with me. He could have abused that fact that I wasn't from the area and gave me options that would have cost me a fortune, but he didn't. At first I didn't know/couldn't remember what coverage I had on my vehicle, and he talked me through some options. Later after I filed the claim and got everything sorted out, found out I did have coverage, I called Mr. Emigh the next day and he talked me through the steps and said he could take care of everything on his end with the insurance. Which was great for me, because I am a half hour away without a car, he made things easy for me. Even if I didn't end up having the coverage, I was very delighted with his cooperation and professionalism he extended to me. Definitely would recommend his service to anyone that asks.
